Sleep Mode is a unique feature that allows you to earn passive income even when you are busy or on vacation. When activated, our team takes over all after-sales services - communicating with buyers, handling revisions, and delivering files - so you don't have to lift a finger.
In exchange for our full management service, the commission share is adjusted slightly. You keep 65% of the sale price. The fee difference between Sleep Mode and the Regular mode is just 10%, which covers the costs of our dedicated team managing your exclusive logo orders.
Absolutely. You have full control to toggle Sleep Mode On or Off at any time from your Account settings, provided you do not have any active, incomplete orders. Use it whenever you need a break, and switch back to Active status when you're ready to handle orders yourself for higher earnings on your ready-made designs.
Our professional in-house design team handles all buyer requests. We ensure that your original premade logo design integrity is maintained while making the necessary customizations (name changes, colors) requested by the buyer, and we handle the delivery of the final files.
We allow multi-platform selling involving the same ready-made logo, provided that the design remains Unsold elsewhere. However, once a logo is sold on any platform, you must immediately remove it from all other platforms, including our logo marketplace, to ensure exclusivity for the buyer.
Once the buyer downloads the original source files (or the Final source Files) of their purchased exclusive logo, your earnings will appear in the "Pending Balance" section. They will become available for withdrawal after a 14-day security period.
