When you purchase a premade logo on HighLogo, you acquire the full, exclusive intellectual property (IP) rights. The copyright is completely transferred to you. We do not sell "templates" or non-exclusive licenses. Once you buy your exclusive logo, it is yours and yours alone.

2. One-Time Sale & Exclusive Availability

Every ready-made design on HighLogo is sold only once. The moment your transaction is completed, the exclusive logo is instantly marked with a "Sold" badge and removed from all browsing categories in our store. It can never be purchased again by another individual or company. Even if someone visits the direct link, it will clearly state that the design has been sold.

3. Trademark Registration

Because you hold the exclusive copyright and the design is original, you have the full legal right to register your purchased logo as a Trademark in your country or jurisdiction. We provide a signed Transfer of Copyright Certificate upon purchase to facilitate this process.

4. Strict Designer Agreements

We take originality seriously. All designers on our marketplace undergo a vetting process and sign strict, legally binding agreements. By uploading to HighLogo, they declare that the work is 100% original and they relinquish all rights to the artwork once a premade logo sale is made.
