Basic Acceptance Requirements:
Content Restrictions:
To maintain a professional and commercial environment, HighLogo does not accept designs that include:
Note: We aim for logos with high commercial appeal that can serve businesses worldwide.
To ensure a unified and professional visual experience across all sections of the HighLogo platform, we have established a set of precise guidelines for presenting your logos. Adhering to these standards ensures your logos appear accurately on all platform pages, especially on our mock-up system, and enhances buyer confidence in the quality and professionalism of the displayed logos.
The display frames serve as a geometric guide to help you adjust the logo size and center it with extreme precision. The importance of adhering to these spaces lies in:
Must be 1200 pixels wide and 900 pixels high.
The logo is placed in a central area measuring 800 pixels wide and 500 pixels high.
A blank margin of 200 pixels should be left on all sides (top, bottom, right, and left).
To ensure the logo appears large and clear, the logo must touch the boundaries (top/bottom or sides) of the Safe Area exactly to occupy the maximum possible space within it.
Additionally, the logo must be perfectly aligned in the center of the Artboard.
Example Logo the correct application of centering and safe area standards.
Another example showing the logo touching the side boundaries of the Safe Area.
A logo that does not touch any of the top or side boundaries of the Safe Area.
A logo that does not adhere to correct centering standards and appears off-center.
Logo outside the safe zone
The main image is the first impression and the face of your work to buyers; therefore, you must adhere to the following standards to ensure attractiveness and professionalism:
To give the buyer a complete visualization of the logo identity, you can add text (such as a brand name) to the secondary display images. To maintain a professional appearance, please follow these guidelines:
Some examples (but not limited to):
Brand name below the icon
Icon on the left and brand name on the right
Brand name above and below the icon
HighLogo allows designers to list logos previously published on other marketplaces to boost exposure and sales opportunities, provided the following regulations are strictly followed:
Logos can be listed on multiple platforms, but they must be sold only once to a single buyer.
Post-Sale Action: If a logo is sold via HighLogo, you must immediately remove it from all other marketplaces. Conversely, if it is sold elsewhere, it must be removed from our platform instantly. Any delay in removal may result in permanent account suspension due to intellectual property violations.
To maintain platform credibility and avoid buyer confusion, please adhere to the following:
Copying and pasting the same description used on other platforms is strictly prohibited. You must write a unique and exclusive description for HighLogo.
Lack of sufficient contrast leads to merging details of the logo with the background color, making it unreadable or visually indistinguishable, especially when previewing the logo in the site's thumbnails.
We strictly reject the use of any color gradients in the display image background; the background must be a single solid color only.
The logo background must remain simple and completely free of any additional graphics or repetitive icons; these patterns distract the buyer from the essence of the design and make the image look cluttered and disorganized, reducing the chances of selling the logo as a professional and clean product.
The logo must be presented in a completely clean "Flat" style; these external effects are often used incorrectly to give fake depth or hide weaknesses in the geometric details of the design.
A professional logo should rely primarily on geometric strength; excessive gradients make the design look like an "illustration" rather than a commercial trademark, and cause technical problems when printing.
Precision is what differentiates an amateur designer from a professional; uncalculated differences in the sizes of repeated parts or interstitial spaces spoil the design balance and make it look technically "distorted" when zoomed in or printed.
Logo curves must be completely smooth and precise; any flaw in building Paths leads to unintended "bumps" or angles when enlarging the logo, giving an impression of weak technical execution and lack of professionalism.
At HighLogo, we provide logos that offer buyers confidence and distinction. To maintain this high value for both your work and the platform, all logos undergo a rigorous review process ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation. Our goal is to protect your creativity and ensure the delivery of unique, original content. You may find that your logo has been declined due to our Quality & Innovation Standards; below are the common reasons why.
Common Rejection Reasons:
The design lacks visual harmony, showing issues with element alignment, color coordination, or overall component distribution.
The concept is overused or relies on cliché symbols; we seek unique and innovative ideas that stand out in the market.
The logo's structure suffers from poor artistic proportions and balance, making it visually unappealing or difficult to perceive clearly.
The design lacks the premium look required for global markets and does not carry the strong identity of a professional brand.
The design is overly complex or cluttered, which distracts the viewer and makes the core message of the logo hard to identify.
The logo concept is unclear and hard to grasp at first glance, requiring the title and description to be read to understand it.
The design is too basic and lacks artistic value; we prioritize "smart simplicity" over designs that lack creative depth.
The excessive or unstudied use of colors distracts the logo's identity and makes it impractical for use on different backgrounds.
The design fails to maintain clarity when resized. Professional logos must remain legible at small scales without losing essential details or their core visual identity.
Are you on vacation, busy, or do not like dealing with clients? You can easily activate Sleep Mode.
It is an option that allows the designer to achieve completely passive income without the need to intervene in following up on orders. When this mode is activated, the HighLogo platform takes responsibility for managing the entire sales process on your behalf, including dealing with buyer modifications and delivering final files. In return, the designer receives a commission of 65% of the sale value (instead of 75% in the Active Mode), giving you complete freedom and peace of mind while continuing to make profits.
You can activate Sleep Mode from your account settings in the Store settings section.
At HighLogo, we don’t just sell "designs"; we sell "visual solutions" that clients search for every day. You might upload dozens of logos without seeing immediate sales—this is completely normal in the digital products market.
Statistics show that designers with a portfolio exceeding 300 professional logos increase their chances of achieving regular sales by 200%.
Don’t focus on "When will I sell?"; instead, focus on "How can I make my next logo better?". Consistency is the only bridge between being an amateur and becoming a professional designer who earns a stable passive income.
At HighLogo, we invest significant effort into SEO and targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential buyers worldwide. However, we believe that marketing success is a shared journey between the platform and the designer.
To maximize your sales potential, we encourage you to share your designs across your social media platforms—especially Pinterest, which is widely considered the "hidden gem" for logo designers. By uploading your work there with direct links to your logo page on HighLogo, you ensure faster reach to your target audience and drive high-quality traffic to your portfolio.
We award the "Exceptional" badge to logos that exceed expectations and set a new standard for quality. If your logo meets the following criteria, it is likely to be nominated for the badge by our team, which will significantly increase buyer confidence.
In HighLogo, we provide you with the bridge and technology, but you are the Business Owner. Here is how to manage your financial and tax affairs intelligently to ensure your business grows legally:
Legally, the logo sale process is a direct agreement between you (as a service provider) and the client (as a buyer). HighLogo's role is the "Technical Intermediary" that ensures the rights of both parties and provides payment gateways. Therefore, the responsibility of issuing the final tax invoice to the client lies with you as the seller.
When setting the logo price on the platform, remember that this price is the "Total Price" (including taxes).
You might ask: "Why do I issue an invoice for 100% of the amount while I only received 81% or 70%?" The answer is simple and accounting-organized:
Discovering illegal use of your visual identity is not just a violation, but confirmation of your work's value. Smart dealing with these situations requires a balance between legal firmness and business intelligence. Here is the practical guide to deal with these cases:
Often, the user falls into the trap of "buying stolen content" from third parties without knowing. So, always start with the assumption of "Good Faith" while maintaining legal strength in your letter. The goal here is to turn the thief into a "Legal Client".
Proposed Communication Model:
Subject: Intellectual Property Infringement Notice - [Your Brand Name]
Body: Gentlemen at [Using Entity Name], As the legitimate owner and registered designer of the logo [Logo/Work Name], I noticed its use within your platform at [Site/Platform Link]. We would like to inform you that this design is protected under international intellectual property laws, and no usage license has been granted to your esteemed entity.
To legalize your legal status and avoid escalatory measures, we offer you the opportunity to purchase usage rights within (24-48) hours from this date. You can view the original work documentation here: [Link]. In case of no response, we will regretfully have to start forced removal procedures via service providers and legal pursuit.
If you do not find a response to the amicable solution, immediately move to activate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This step forces global platforms to remove infringing content to protect their legal liability.
Direct Links to File Infringement Reports:
If the logo is displayed on a private website that does not belong to a social platform, follow these steps:
Communication is not just words, it is a "Customer Experience". At HighLogo, we consider conversation part of the design quality itself. Here are the golden rules for dealing with buyers:
All correspondence MUST happen via the internal chat system in HighLogo.
Why? Because our system documents every agreement, and in case of any dispute, the support team is able to review conversations accurately and do justice to the right holder. Agreements outside the platform lose your rights and make us unable to protect you.
Silence is the number one enemy of sales. A quick response gives an impression of seriousness and professionalism. If you need more time to execute a modification, do not ignore the message, but send a quick reply: "Thank you for your message, I have received your request and will execute it within 24 hours or less.."
You may sometimes encounter an overly demanding or inappropriate client:
When finishing delivering files and making modifications, conclude the conversation in a beautiful style.
"I was very happy to work on your brand, I wish you all the best and success in your project."
We believe in our platform in the necessity of absolute transparency regarding your financial rights. Here are the full details of how your profits are calculated and the withdrawal mechanism:
We adopt a flexible system that rewards interactive designers, where profits are distributed based on account status:
Funds go through two stages to ensure the rights of all parties:
Note: The transition period from Pending to Available gradually decreases from 14 days for committed designers with good reputation and may reach 8 days.
We work hard to ensure your funds reach you as soon as possible according to the following standards:
HighLogo reserves the right to modify commission rates or fees at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current rates. Continued use of the platform constitutes your binding acceptance of any changes.
Note: We adhere to these timelines to provide a safe and stable work environment. You can always track your profits status and payment updates via your control panel.
